Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Company Settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference either way.

What happens after my 14-day trial ends?

Accepted Answer

You get 14 days free, no card required, to try the core ERP — sales, purchases, parties, items, reports — with your own real data. E-way bill and e-invoice generation need an active Pro or Premium subscription. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going — your data, invoices, and settings stay exactly as you left them.

Are e-way bill and e-invoice government fees included?

The subscription covers the software. NIC/GSP transaction charges for live e-way bill and e-invoice generation are billed separately at cost — we don't mark them up.

Question 4

Can I migrate my existing Tally or Excel data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Pro and Premium include a guided Tally XML and Excel importer that typically takes under 10 minutes for parties, items, and opening balances.

Is there a refund if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Since every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, we don't offer refunds on annual billing already paid — cancel before the trial ends if it's not a fit.
